One of the many milestones the radio service celebrates this year is the 5th birthday of Rhapsody Radio Heatherwood's 24 hour service which was launched in 2003.
The service is still providing music news and local information for patients of Heatherwood.
Local ostomates group, Durning library and local fetes have all benefited from the promotions. In addition to providing promotion for local groups the Rhapsody service has also delivered good health campaigns and remains a firm favourite with patients.
Happy Birthday Rhapsody!!!!

The league of friends begins it's 50th year of voluntary service, serving the hospital at Heatherwood.
The radio station took great pride in presenting one of the specially commissioned commemorative mugs to a grateful patient Bruce Dunsford on ward 4 last night.
Bruce joins a long line of lucky winners of mugs.
The first mugs were given away in 1993 and a number of designs have been available.
Patients who make requests each night go into a draw and will qualify for a chance to win a mug.
Monday team Celsio D'souza, Katie Ayers and Ian Shephard were on hand to see the presentation went without a hitch. Katie Ayers featured in the picture with lucky winner Bruce.
