1997 Point & Shoot

Radio Heatherwood Captured on Film 1997

The history of Radio Heatherwood has over the years been captured on film by many different contributors, starting with the chairman of the league Ron Mason, local papers and presenters and also the introduction of a camera to the studio.

During my time with the radio I have also contributed with my own camera.

In the eighties we arranged for a presenter to use a camera at a number of the fete's

This page shows some of the pictures which were captured using the studio camera in 1997.

Some lighter moments for the presenters. Some of the pictures are grainy but still deserve a view.

    Bracknell Bandstand
    An important venue for the draw ticket selling every year
    the setup was captured on film before the crowds arrive.
    Dave and PJ would be found setting up for a 7.30 start.
    Records Books Bric-a-brac and Draw tickets all on sale.
