Lee is Rotary Club's Youngest
PresidentFeedback(Bandstand)
Crowthorne Rotary Club held its annual president's night on
Friday at the Downshire Golf Club, Nine Mile Ride.
Lee Buckland became the youngest president in the district
when he took over from Martyn Hughes, who stood down after his
year in charge.
A cheque for £2,000, raised at the annual Rotary Jazz evening
in June, was also presented to two volunteers who help at
Heatherwood Hospital in Ascot's radio service for patients.
The money will go towards special receiver units for patients
in the psychiatric ward.
