News Sheet |
The first newsletter written during radio appeal year was one page
and was constructed on secretary's typewriter. A yellow coloured
paper was used.

called timeworks .The format for these included graphics and
remained in a4 format with yellow or pink paper used, newsletter

Personal & Noticeboards |
These editions were produced using versions of Microsoft
publisher. These varied in sizes dependant on the content. Some
reversion to a4 sheets occurred whilst computer changes were going
on. Various coloured pages were used pink salmon and yellow plus
blue. Some editions have been lost.

The first briefings to be moved on-line with the use of email and
the web site. The initial ones carried news of the studio move.
Feedback from volunteers was more interactive and allowed an easy
route to pass on information. Some news updates were added to the
staff noticeboard for those who were not responding on the email.

Bulletin Board |
All staff were given access to the staff bulletin board which
really came into it's own with volunteers able to inform their
colleagues of issues or learn new skills. The board was divided
into 8 categories featuring a total of 21 boards on different
subjects. Volunteers could even send personal messages person to
person.Feedback from wards was immediately briefed to all
presenters.This bulletin board was not open to non-members. The
last message posted on the board was in June 2016.
