It's 1991 and a total of fourteen briefings including the monthly newsletter are recorded in the archive.
The newsletter took on a new design this year with the purchase of a specific desktop publishing software "Timeworks".
The new style newsletter was able to have a more structured design and included images as well.
A newsletter for November is missing, with no text file or access to desktop files. In addition some desktop publisher files are missing and only text files exist.
Towards the end of the year personal copies were made available to staff as well as being displayed on the noticeboard.
